Important Additional Information about this case

Circumstances that revolve around this case are murky at best.  Morse Investigation Services has only one goal in this case and that is to determine if Roman Milan Jones is alive, safe, and healthy.  We want to see this case make it to the Juvenile Courts, where a rightful determination can be made. Anna Babkina has not made herself available as of yet to respond to the Juvenile Courts for a custody determination that Roman’s Father has petitioned for.   We know that Anna Babkina has kept herself and Roman’s whereabouts hidden from the Courts and Roman’s Father and Grandmother.

Other: Speaks Very Little English – Heavy Russian Accent

Both were last seen on December 21st 2011 together.  Anna is from Russia and is believed to be here on an expired Visa.  Romans Father and other Family members are growing very concerned every day that Roman is missing.  Anna does not have any known way to provide for herself or Roman.  They were both last seen in the Central Virginia Area of New Kent County.   More information will be updated on this case as it becomes available.  A cash reward has been offered in this case for any information provided to our website or through our tip line at 804-326-9669.
