Process serving rates can vary from case to case and geographic location.  Same Day and Rush Services  are available. The cost of a routine serve (a serve that is first attempted within 5-7 days of receiving the papers) can be as low as $40 and can go up to $100 depending on the number of attempts agreed upon.
